I first met Anthony when I wanted to rent my investment property. I had the listing for one month with another agent who could not find a tenant. After accepting Anthony as my agent he managed to find a tenant within one week and even did the showing on a 40 degree day on a saturday afternoon a couple of days before christmas to secure this tenant. Anyone who was willing to do this was very deserving of my listing when we decided to sell. The sales process was even better and he managed to find a buyer that paid above asking price but not only that his communication throughout the sale was impeccable.
