On first meeting Nathan Chapman, I was impressed by his enthusiasm and positivity about selling my property. I believed his suggested price range was realistic for the local market. Nathan suggested a credible marketing plan for the property. This included testing the market before listing the property on the internet. He also brought several other agents of Lister and Cole to appraise the house and provide opinion about the suggested price range. We chose Scott because of his expertise in the market and recommendations from others. He told us what to improve on to better the sale. The house was only on the market 2 weeks and we had buyer.
