Scott was incredibly professional when providing me with an appraisal for my property. He was very clear with the details for my home and ways to improve things where appropriate. Scott came prepared with knowledge of the current market within our area to support a price guide. Scott was consistent with his communication surrounding photos, open homes and anything else needed for the property. He was always a phone call away if I ever had a question and I could not recommend him highly enough. Based on his advice and guide I was able to accept an offer above the price guide only a few weeks after the house going on the market.
