From my first meeting with Scott, I found him to be friendly, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Scott was able to be contacted, either by phone, or in person at all times, even when he was not at work. He was very helpful in organising a stylist for our empty property, provided answers to any questions we had, and constantly provided feedback throughout the duration of the market time. Despite the slowing of the market in our area, Scott was able to keep us motivated and on track to complete a sale. Scott was asked to handle the sale of our Mother's home following her death. Scott handled every detail with sensitivity, fully understanding our sadness at having to say goodbye to the home where we were all brought up. He kept us fully informed at all times and handled sensitive negotiations over price in a most professional manner. One early offer fell through as the market was beginning to fall significantly. Scott couldn't have been more apologetic for circumstances that were really beyond his control.
