I was a bit cautious at the start, as it can be hard to work out which real estate agent to go with when you have interviewed a few. In this case, I did speak with a couple of agents before deciding to go with Alex, and I am very glad I did. He turned out to be a straight shooter who delivered on everything he said he would. He was very knowledgeable, particularly around Brunswick East, where my apartment was located. He kept me informed throughout the process, always followed up with interested buyers, and communicated clearly at every step. I would highly recommend Alex.

Janice was an absolute godsend! We had to sell a property quickly for personal health reasons, and I had never sold or purchased a property before. Janice was able to jump in quickly, position the property at an appropriate price, and managed to find a purchaser without needing to advertise (savings us thousands of dollars in advertising fees) and with a quick settlement (savings us thousands of dollars in care fees). Even though I'm sure she was very busy and our property value was relatively small, Janice was extremely responsive, almost always replying to queries on the same day if not instantly. She was also very patient with me as a first time seller, explaining the process in detail so I always felt assured we were moving in the right direction. Janice absolutely knows her stuff and I would highly recommend Janice for any property sales.
