Get to know the agent at LITTLE Real Estate – Sydney North.
Simon was professional & energetic in his approach from the outset, & made every effort to liaise with potential buyers at every stage. He was hands-on when on-site, & always followed up, while at the same time maintaining good lines of communication with us as the vendors in order to keep us appraised of progress. Hard to fault the way he performed for us.

Overall, we had a very good experience working with Simon. He was proactive in getting the campaign underway and maintained consistent communication throughout the process. He kept us informed of buyer interest, provided regular updates after inspections, and was responsive whenever we reached out. Importantly, Simon remained practical and measured in his approach, particularly during negotiations. He managed the process well and ensured that matters progressed smoothly through to exchange and settlement. We also appreciated his follow-through post-sale, including coordinating with his team on the settlement side and ensuring that everything was handled in a timely manner

Simon assisted with the sale of my unit. He was extremely professional with advice on marketing options, recommended selling price range and provided timely and ongoing communication re open homes, offers and all the associated paperwork for the contract of sale. A pleasure to deal with.
