Simon knows the market
It was really wonderful having Simon as the real estate agent on my sale, he knows the market, presented the comps, and was able to give me the best advice on the price point for my property which sold within 3 weeks of being on the market and 2 open house inspections. He worked with me throughout the entire process, offered advice and suggestions and was able to secure an offer I was happy with.
