From our very first meeting with Gabrielle she was professional, confident and delightful to deal with. She was never pushy, always listened and genuinely had our best interest at heart. The thing that in the end impressed us the most however was when our sale fell over! We were aiming quite high with what we wanted for our property price-wise compared to other sales in the area. Within a week of listing our property, Gabrielle secured us a buyer at the price we were after. However when that sale fell over after pest and building revealed some repairs that were needed, she not only got straight back to work, but despite knowing we had accepted an offer, she did not let that price-point influence her determination to do her best for us. We assumed that because the sale had fallen over that we would need to drop our price to reflect the building repairs that were now needed. However, a few weeks later she somehow miraculously managed to secure us a sale at $25k above the price that we had previously accepted without us even having to lift a finger to do any of the repairs. Even more impressively she was completely honest with the purchasers about all of the faults with the property. On top of that she went above and beyond with our tenant, and despite not being the property manager, also secured quotes for the work that was going to be required, thus reassuring the purchasers in the process. We initially hired Gabrielle after our research showed us she was getting record prices for the properties she had listed and she did not disappoint! She honestly works tirelessly for her vendors and her positive manner enables her to get the best possible result. I honestly cannot recommend her enough and just wish I had more properties to sell with her. After having sold numerous properties over the years and being very jaded with the industry I can honestly say she is one of the few rare gems out there.
