We had a great experience with Michelle, such a stress free process!
Michelle provided relevant information regarding councils zoning of the property for developing the house we chose. She understood we were after an investment as well as a place to live and gave us a few great ideas to think about. When the offer was accepted she kept us up to date throughout the whole process, offered assistance with things outside of her job like running paperwork to conveyancers etc and was happy to help in whatever way she could. She’s not only a great agent but a great, genuine person that I felt completely comfortable trusting. I would highly recommend Michelle Wallace whether selling or buying. She is definitely highly experienced and great at her job.

From day one..my experience with Vicki Heathwood has been nothing short of amazing.

Very happy
Michele was professional, helpful and knowledgeable with current market prices and information. Michele was easy to contact and communicate with and very responsive to our needs. We received a great price for our property and were very happy with how efficient Michele and LJ Hooker were to deal with. Anxious in lockdown!
I had been on the "buying" side of real estate before but never actually sold a house! So considering I was taking this on during lockdown I had reservations. Michelle put my mind at ease as she walked me through the process every step of the way. She gave me an accurate estimate of what the house was worth and advised me of anything that might need doing before selling. Michelle also put my mind at ease about other expenses that would not be neccessary as she felt the new buyer would prefer to decide on those things themselves. Not only was I very happy with the price I got for my house, I felt totally in control through the process thanks to Michelle.
