Trustworthy agent - enjoyable experience without the stress!
Nick is one of the most trustworthy agents we have dealt with, throughout our 24 years of buying and selling. He always kept us informed, and I felt he always had our interests at heart as the sellers. Our property was not a standard average home, so Nick had to be quite flexible and put in a lot of additional hours communicating with buyers. Thankyou Nick for a great result, and an enjoyable experience without the stress.

Having sold 15 properties over the years, we've had chance to deal with a lot of agents across Australia. I can honestly say that Nick was up there with the best. He was professional at all times, knowledgeable, informative and I truly felt he had our interests at heart. Our property was not a straight forward sell, so he certainly had to go above and beyond to find a buyer. I would not hesitate to recommend Nick to anyone thinking of selling.

Excellent knowledge, easy to talk to & didn't pressure us!
His knowledge was excellent. Came across as easy to talk to. Didn't put any pressure on us. Talked to us in an easy to understand way. Asked us to come up with some ideas of prices of houses in the area. After having some issues with the P.O.A. Nick was extremely patient while the problem was sorted. It was like asking a friend to sell the house. Would absolutely recommend him to friends.

Handled professionally & everything went smoothly
Nick was very accommodating from first approach. Showed me through the home, pointed out the issues (had had a small fire causing some structural damage) and worked with me while I had builders visit the site to quote rectification. He would open the house (vacant) without complaint and made things easier for me to reach a final purchase decision. Ultimately the sale was handled professionally and everything went smoothly. He’s a young guy making a success in real estate!

Honest & professional - a great experience!
Dealing with Nick was a great experience compared to some I had come across while looking for my house. To be honest the realestate industry needs a shake up. Nick, right from the get go, was an absolute dream to deal with. Without making promises, he was optimistic of a sale price far higher than I had in mind and he delivered. Way past the call of duty!
Nick did an amazing job of selling our property, right from the word go. His efforts went way past the call of duty, from using his own furniture pieces to making our empty home more attractive, to watering the few pot plants when we weren’t there. Nick worked closely with us when making negotiations, and always respected our decisions in declining offers when we felt unsure. He was always contactable, even after hours. His efforts paid off as we were very happy with the sale price.

Professional experience and gets the job done efficiently
