I have just experienced the pleasure of working with a true Real Estate professional. Jane exceeded all of my expectations as my Sales Agent. From the original appraisal, through to the settlement Jane was always communicating with me, keeping me up to date with what was happening every step of the sale process and this was very important for me, as I live 2,000 kilometres away! Jane reported to me after every open inspection and gave me details about what every person thought of my property and also feedback on price. Obviously, Jane priced it accurately as I was presented with several offers in only the first 2 weeks. Some were low, but there was three genuine offers, which put me in the fortunate position of being able to choose which offer I thought was the best one for me. Jane was able to negotiate a price slightly higher than what I was expecting, which I was very happy about! For all of these reasons, I would have no hesitation in using Jane's services again and would also recommend Jane to anyone thinking of selling their property around South Brisbane.

We engaged Jane early on for an appraisal and she showed up well prepared and was very open and honest from the get go, with none of the urgency or forwardness that we have experienced elsewhere. A few months later we engaged Jane again to get the ball rolling officially and the entire process has been seamless, including all correspondence with her agency. Everything was explained and Jane was generous with her time to have a chat, provide her opinions and advice throughout the marketing and sale process...including after settlement. Her approach for our property was the right one and we are very happy with the end result. Could not recommend Jane and her agency more. 5 stars every day of the week.
