Proffessional and friendly experience
We interviewed four different agents when we decided to sell our home in Fairfield, Brisbane. All agents presented well, but Jane stood out from the rest. Jane is a highly experienced Agent who specialises in the south Brisbane Area. From our first meeting, Jane was extremely professional. Her market analysis was spot on. She provided a small range of what the house was worth without over inflating the price to get our business. She sold the house soon after and again, was spot on with the price. If you are looking for an agent, stop. Jane has seen it, and heard it all before. She is very calm, friendly and will always contact you in a timely manner! Selling during a pandemic
Selling during a pandemic lockdown is a once in a lifetime experience. To be expected, it was not a great time to sell but Jane maintained a calm and professional presence during the challenges in this unprecedented time. I am sure a less experienced person would not have handled it well, so was a relief to have a reliable honest person such as Jane during this crisis. Her warmth and advice was most appreciated.

Knowledgeable and genuine agent
Jane is a committed and honest agent who works hard for both the buyer and the seller, which is very rare. Furthermore, she is a genuinely lovely person, which makes interacting with her very easy. We chose Jane over other agents for these exact reasons, while she knew our area better than anyone else. It took a little longer to sell our property, however that was a result of us having to lower our own expectations to meet the market versus anything Jane was doing. We'd highly recommend Jane and would certainly be looking to use her services in the future.

Jane is the consummate professional
Being an industry professional myself, I can now say it was a very different experience being on the buy-side of the transaction. But Jane was absolutely fantastic to deal with all along the way.
