Professional and very helpful

She supported me through the whole process and went beyond expectations by giving lots of useful tips of how to successfully purchase a replacement home that would suit my needs. Exceptional agent highly recommended
We met Jane a couple of years ago when looking for a house to buy - at the time we were impressed with her knowledge of the properties and efficiency of the team. We decided to list our house in late 2020, it was not an easy house to sell as we had a couple of issues (low roof height downstairs). Jane and her team worked tirelessly for 9 weeks to show the property and chase all leads, we ended up finding our buyer and could not have been happier with the result. Super efficient, great to deal with, great communication, expert real estate agent and the best in the area.

Very smooth property purchase
We are delighted with our acquisition of a beautiful house through LJ Hooker Annerley, assisted by Jane Elvin, after a long search that lasted almost two years. Our wonderful buyers' agent Simon from Universal did most of the liaising with Jane and the vendors and the sale was virtually seamless. We found Jane professional, warm, and easy to work with. Jane and the vendors were very accommodating when we required prior access to the property to have tradesmen visit to ensure it would meet our needs for business, and also when our finance needed to be extended. Jane was also very prompt in her response to queries, which helps settle the nerves during a stressful process.

BUYING / SELLING / ONE STOP/ DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Jess is an unbelievable person! Positive, full of energy, always smiling and ready to answer to all our questions in a minimum of time, and very reliable, To start with....Jess put on the internet all the features our property had to offer, and didn't miss any of them!. I do believe that my place was looking good, but Jess did turn it out into a mansion! All the place had to offer was on the list, even if at the time (used to it ) I didn't remember it was there.... Jess is surrounded by unbelievable people who are matching her personality and the way she expects good results. Stick with her and everything will work with no stress! Her solicitor Garry is perfect! Her photographer did fantastic pictures of our place! I had to fix before to sell a few things and believe or not !.....All the tradespeople in connection with Jess contacting us on the same day! And came in time!!!!!! A miracle coming through! On the day of the settlement.....with 2 trucks emptying my house and 1 hour to get out of the place.....Guess what? We had a leak in the laundry, flooding the garage! Jess managed to ring a plumber at the last minute to help us! Too! Not only Jess helped us with all the paperwork involved with my ex-property, but did help me too, with the new property on Macleay Island that I bought. She went above and beyond our expectations by contacting our agent on the island to make sure that everything would be ok for us, asking questions and making sure I would have answers. MY PROPERTY WAS ON THE MARKET ON WEDNESDAY! ON THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY,TIME FOR INSPECTION.....WE HAD 5 OFFERS! HOW GOOD THIS CAN BE! AGAIN! BEST AGENT ! A DREAM TO SELL OR BUY ! DON"T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! SO EASY ! NO PROBLEM! NO DRAMA !

My experience with selling my house.
Jane was very professional and helped me organise my home for what was a quick sale due to my finding a new abode. Everything went through seamlessly, unlike the purchase of my new property.
