Prior to talking with Jane we had spoken with other agents and had basically already made our decision. However her comprehensive market knowledge and communications skills were very impressive. In particular her understanding of BCC Town Planning possibilities (and restrictions) were outstanding. I had great confidence in her reliability and credibility of possible suggestions for future improvements with the property.
