Fantastic!
This is the second time I have used Jane to sell a property and just like the first time, the experience was fantastic. The property went on the market on a Tuesday and was under contract on the Thursday. Jane's advice in regards the marketing of the property and during the contract negotiations was invaluable. I cannot recommend Jane highly enough.

Professional, great area knowledge and achieved wonderful result.
We considered most agents in the area, including discount agents. We narrowed the field to three close contenders. Our research showed 4 properties recently sold in our street. Jane had sold 2, and achieved higher sale prices than other similar properties. Our decision was well founded with Jane negotiating a great outcome for us in a minimal timeframe (2 days). We would thoroughly recommend Jane for any property sales within the Yeronga area. Jane's area knowledge and her obvious book of buyers proved to be the difference.

Wonderful experience with an excellent agent
From our first encounter with Jane Elvin we felt she was genuine. Jane had a relaxed but efficient temperament which allowed us to feel free to contact her at any time about any issues. She gave her time very freely after hours, on weekends and public holidays. We felt she always had our interests at heart and worked hard to achieve our goals in a difficult financial climate.
