The home got rented within a week with a very satisfying weekly rent. There were some hiccups after the home got rented re taking photos of the unit which got done eventually (only a day before tenants moved in - the link has not been provided as yet). Hoping the remainder journey with LJH Ashfield will be as smooth and i won't have to worry or to manage the property myself despite me paying the agency fees. I have had some bad experiences with other agencies but expecting the best out of LJH Ashfield.
