Department Manager - Property Management of more than 17 years’ experience, Marc Crisafulli has always worked very closely to home and finds almost every aspect of his life centres within the Inner West. Marc’s well-regarded career has covered an array of residential investments and clients from corporate leasing, multi-unit properties, high-end residential and unit management. Dedicated to professionalism and delivering outstanding results. Highly motivated and taking a proactive and passionate approach to ensuring all of his client’s needs are met in the highest possible fashion, Marc is renowned for his personal values based on performance, clear communication and attention to detail. Marc has a keen ability to deliver concise advice in order to ensure clients receive an optimal return on their investment property. The team - Adrian Abrook, Marc Crisafulli, Tracy Cheng, and Matthew Elazzi - are professional, approachable, and always responsive to queries. Adrian was excellent throughout the sales process, providing timely information and valuable insights that helped us confidently make our purchase decision and execute the transaction. Marc provided outstanding support by clearly briefing us on the leasing process, organising and coordinating property enhancement works, sourcing reliable tradespeople, and ensuring the work was carried out diligently. Exceptional service

Amazing from the outset. We changed managing agents two years back and now have an agent is proactive and provides regular updates. Even with the loss of a tenant, the effort to remedy and place someone leading up to the xmas period has been above and beyond expectations with a tenant locked in for the new year. Thank you and keep up the excellent work!
