I've had LJ Hooker Ashfield as managing agents of my rental apartment in Ashfield for the last 7 years or so. A lot of that time I've been overseas. I have had low tenant turn-over and very short gaps between tenants. Whenever a new tenant was needed, they found someone quickly and these have proven to be good, steady tenants so I've had a steady income and no untoward damage, just general maintenance costs.
