I would like to commend Omran Elhusseini on being an excellent Property Manager. Although I did not own the property, 6/4 Joseph St, Ashfield, Omran was always courteous and helpful with any matters regarding the rental Unit. All requests were dealt with promptly in a friendly, professional manner and I was provided updates. From requests regarding maintenance issues to having keys ready for me to collect when I accidentally locked myself out were all managed the same. Great service. I thought he was very kind, thoughtful, considerate and understanding of all my inquiries, he follows through with my concerns immediately. George and Marc were terrific at keeping us well informed during the rental process and provided good advice on what needed to be done on the property after the previous tenants moved out, as well as the prevailing market conditions. They were always contactable and always great to deal with. All in all, we were only 2 weeks between tenants, an excellent result!

Omran Elhusseini is a really reliable and excellent property manager that I know, he's a great communicator and extremely helpful. My previous agent did nothing with the tenants thus quite a lot of problems had been left to me. When I met with Omran, he promised me to solve all the difficulties and he really take positive action to achieve the best results.
