As Amanda was the sellers agent I had very little to do with Amanda. I found her obliging & helpful. My lack of experience & trust in people has been brought to my attention by the following. The garage door would not work [ service & repair] The cook top was cracked [ purchase new top ] .Shower head in en-suite fell off first use. First use the Oven was so dirty filled the kitchen with smoke. The house ie carpets,windows etc had not been cleaned. The kitchen is not LAMINEX it is plastic & CAN NOT be repaired, it is peeling [ only tops of draws & cupboard doors ] & has been stuck down with sticky tape. This is my own fault, I should have inspected EVERYTHING & been present with the building inspector. If there is a next time I will know what to look for.
