Very professional and trustworthy

Daniel was very professional from day one at my first inspection. He spoke openly and honestly about the property [I was interested in purchasing] and I instantly felt at ease negotiating with him. I have met some terrible agents in my travels so this was very refreshing. He knew the area very well, including a property I had owned previously, and there was no BS in the information he provided to me. It was a quick settlement period, but I didn't feel rushed as I trusted Daniel was managing his part.
