When we decided to sell our house, we engaged a number of local agents to give their view on a price range and to tell us their marketing strategy. Paul's price range was where we expected and his marketing strategy was by far the most suited to our requirements. He said he would sell within a certain time frame, and technically, he did. A hand full of inspections, plenty of notice to get the house in order and most importantly, feedback. Both positive and negative.
