Karen Van Der Stelt is a pleasure to deal with. Her vast experience, local knowledge and approachability make her a five star agent. Karen let us view properties without pressure, provided information and followup in a timely manner and was only too happy to arrange a second and third inspection of the house we subsequently purchased. Together with her PA Megan Usher and the team at LJ Hooker, Batemans Bay we have received highly professional service with excellent communication and fast responses to requests. We would not hesitate to recommend this agency and Karen to anyone buying or selling. Now we are excited to be moving to our dream home in the perfect location. Many thanks to Karen and Megan for helping us achieve this. Simone and Jeff.

We chose Karen to sell our late Fathers estate and after explaining to her that we just didn’t have the time to get down the coast to organise everything Karen and her team took charge and arranged everything for us. The marketing package was outstanding, we were kept up to date regularly and Karen always had time to listen and guide us on making the right decisions for us, her professional yet friendly manner is a tribute to her success . We highly recommend Karen and the team at LJ Hooker Batemans Bay if your looking to buy or sell in the area.

From our first meeting Rob impressed with his experience and knowledge of the local real estate market. His assessment and advice on a selling strategy proved accurate and sound, such that we were able to achieve a quick and very acceptable result. He regularly followed up on matters relevant to the sale and interfaced effectively with our legal support. He was able to give sound advice on related matters such as building inspections. His calm and professional manner ensured a smooth process throughout the sale of our property. We are very happy with the outcome.

From the moment I picked the phone to make an enquiry about the land, Rob was very professional, friendly & went out of his way to address all the questions I had. Everything thereafter was so smooth sailing until settlement. This was the easiest and most professional property purchase experience I have ever had. Kudos to Rob.

We had arranged to see one property at Batehaven. We were travelling some distance to see the property. Karen arranged 3 inspections for us to make sure we fully understood the market. Her relaxed manner made the process simple and easy. We bought a property on the day but have still received additional communication from Karen to ensure the purchase is an enjoyable experience. We have no hesitation in recommending Karen to prospective buyers or sellers.
