Great service
I found Rob Routledge a pleasure to deal with Right from the word go he was helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the property I was looking for Even though the first one wasn’t suitable he spent the time with me and showed me a couple more One was perfect !! My circumstances where a little different But he negotiated a price and a late settlement Which suited both myself and the sellers Rob as far as I was concerned went above and beyond and was always in contact with me just to touch base about the sale I certainly would not hesitate to recommend Rob and certainly would use him again

Honest and Reliable Real Estate Agent
Karen sold my house on the NSW South Coast in Tomakin. My dealing with Karen were fantastic. She was very honest with no bull#@%$. She gave me an accurate price of what she thought the property was worth especially in the current market. Not just an agent telling me an over inflated price and giving me higher expectations, just so I would sign up with them for the sale. Karen organised the marketing very quickly and provided detailed feedback from customers after each house inspection. I would happily use Karen again for future property sales and would definitely recommend her for anyone looking at selling their property in the area.
