Karen explained the current market conditions applicable to my property and provided a comprehensive marketing plan. Her confident and friendly manner were enhanced by her elegant presentation. Se provided detailed updates after every enquiry and open house. I have no hesitation in recommending her to other home sellers.

We would like to thank Karen for the very professional way that she handled the sale of our house. She had undertaken extensive research on our property, which we were most appreciative of, and came prepared for our first meeting with a detailed handbook of market trends and other relevant information. She has excellent communication skills and has kept us apprised of all relevant details throughout the sale process. We were really impressed with the short turn around time between listing the property and the sale. The price she achieved was way above our initial expectations.

Easy to talk to, followed everything up quickly and ensured the sale went through.

I didn't know what to expect when selling and I was really pleased how easy the whole process was. I barely had to a thing. Filled out a couple of forms and that was pretty much it!! Karen was very transparent about fees and charges for the whole process and was good to her word.
