“As my house sold so quickly, any additional advertising was not required after the initial advertising campaign. I believe that it was Rob’s idea to arrange for some aerial photographs showing my property’s close proximity to the beach which secured a sale so quickly. Rob Routledge was extremely helpful and full of great ideas about how to market my property, a double block in Broulee and only about 100m from the beach with as a small timber cottage with a large deck. The property failed to sell twelve months earlier but thanks to Rob the property sold on the first weekend it came on to the market, with two families prepared to pay the full asking price. Also, in my absence, Rob was very helpful in arranging for a few items of furniture to be stored until we move into our new home. A totally satisfactory outcome - Rob, with his communication skills and knowledge of the building industry, together with his excellent sales experience, made it all happen with a minimum of stress and worry on our part! Rob’s daughter Johanna was the only other member of staff with whom I had any dealings in regard to the sale of 8-10 Candlagan Drive, Broulee, and she and her Father work together extremely well and are a great team.
