I had been looking for a unit in the Batemans Bay area with several 'wanted' features, one of which was being within walking distance to the shops. After looking at several properties I decided to drive around to another that had been listed to get a feel for the location, even though it didn't match all my "wish list" items. What a surprise, when I stopped outside the property, to be met by two people who said "Hello XYZ" to me, apparently thinking I was someone else. It turned out to be Karen and one of her colleagues waiting for another client who had not appeared at the set meeting time, coincidentally the very time I arrived. Karen listened to me explaining what I wanted and said that, although it wasn't near the main Batemans Bay shops, she had another unit on her books which was near another shopping centre and would tick my "wishlist" boxes. Karen proved to be entirely right and I negotiated the purchase of the unit she suggested to me. At all times she was very friendly, helpful and professional in our dealings.
