Very happy with Karen and the team.
Karen was the selling agent when we bought the property, we were very happy with how the sale and negotiation went with the purchase, so there was no hesitation using Karen to sell the property. Karen has great knowledge of the Bay area. Nothing is too much trouble, will answer any question in a timely manner. We were keep in the loop through out the whole selling process, with email updated on website action and enquiries. Within 2 weeks of the property being on the market, we had a few offers and we accepted the last offer. We wouldn't hesitate using Karen and the team at LJ Hooker Batemans Bay again.
