He was able to provide an accurate appraisal that was very much in line with our own thoughts, and he was able to achieve that result in under 2 weeks on market. What I need to say here is that we were extremely happy with mark’s communication, he kept us updated at all points and provided honest feedback, he was always on time, and has a genuine sincerity and honesty in the way he conducts himself. We will definately work with Mark again in the future and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
