We enlisted Mark to sell our property after consulting some other agents in Bathurst as well. Mark was honest, and to the point, he was able to quickly point out the positive aspects of the property and was able to describe the profile of who he thought our buyer may be. He was able to provide an accurate appraisal that was very much in line with our own thoughts, and he was able to achieve that result in under 2 weeks on market. What I need to say here is that we were extremely happy with mark’s communication, he kept us updated at all points and provided honest feedback, he was always on time, and has a genuine sincerity and honesty in the way he conducts himself. We will definately work with Mark again in the future and I cannot recommend him highly enough. After some dealings with other agents in Bathurst, I can honestly say that Mark is number 1 by a stretch !!

Mark is an outstanding agent and an even better human being. We had the pleasure of selling our house through Mark and boy did he deliver. Mark's communication and attention to detail is incredible - we were always kept up to date and informed. He always did what he said he would. Open. Transparent and trustworthy. We were always made to feel valued and our home respected and he really works so incredibly hard for his clients. To be honest he made us feel like we were his only clients ( except he had heaps!). He was able to deliver a new Peel village record ( which he previously held) and he always maintained the value of our home. We truly appreciated that and that he worked so hard for us, and our family. He was able to deliver us the price we wanted (unlike another agent in town) and it only took him 5 days on the market to deliver! A true professional! One thing we really valued about Mark was we could tell he really got to know potential buyers - he knew where they were, their situation, their timeframes, their needs and he was able to communicate all that to us and helped us get a better idea of where people were at. He truly values the people in the process and that's what made our experience so wonderful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to anyone and everyone. We would never use another agent.
