LJ Hooker has looked after my property and, previously, properties for years. They are diligent in taking care of my interests, done all the heavy lifting in property rental and are consistently polite and quick to reply to questions. Their review of potential tenants is very thorough, has always proven to be accurate and I have been very pleased with all the residents throughout the years. The ownership statements are well laid out, easy to understand and accompanied by all evidence of outgoings. I cannot comment on comparative costs as I have not looked for another rental agency. I have no hesitation if recommending LJ Hooker for sale or rental of a property.
