Kelly has been very thorough and meticulous. She has excellent communication, keeping everyone from the landlord to the tenants in the loop via email and, where necessary, by phone. For example, she manages minor maintenance issues and even natural hazards, like organizing the clearing of fallen trees from storms. Everything runs smoothly and in a timely manner.
