Frankly pretty shoddy

Frequent mistakes and very little remorse or consideration. Had to chase them for the delivery of my letter box key, was put through a song and dance when my lease did not initially include provisions we had discussed. Subsequently called up about my spare key not being included in my handover - was told I was “being done a favour” and constantly interrupted when I expressed that it wouldn’t be conducive when a time was suggested that would require me to be awake after working a full night shift. They’re good enough to try and get you through the door to collect their commission, but once that’s done every interaction comes with an air of entitlement, belittlement, labor and total lack of care.
