LJ Hooker Belconnen helped lease this property

Great Service

Emily is professional, responds to emails and queries quickly, she spent the time to find the particular tenants I was after for my new unit. She went above and beyond to ensure that the unit had no defects from the building before settlement and was very knowledgeable on the processes from buying and then renting out off the plan. She also had tenants secured 2 days after advertising for the price I requested. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone looking to rent out an investment property and will be using her for any future investments.
