My experience with him has been very positive. He is a good listener and communicates clearly and respectfully. Whenever I contact him, he takes the time to listen to my concerns and always makes an effort to return my calls. He is also very professional in the way he advertises the house, making sure it is presented well and reaches potential tenants. Overall, I am very happy with his communication, professionalism, and the way he handles his responsibilities

I’ve been working with Michael over the past year and it’s clear to say that his work ethic is second to none. I’ve recently had my tenants leave my property and they left a complete mess + damages. Michael was right onto this, walking me through everything I needed to sign /authorise. He took care of the rest and he managed to get a new tenant into the property (all damages repaired) within a 3 week period. I used to have a certain perception on people who work for realestate agencies (based on previous experiences), that’s now all in the past. Thank you for your hard work Michael

She efficiently arranged both the necessary plumbing services and the carpet replacement. The unit looks fantastic, and I really appreciate her hard work and communication throughout the process

I have worked with Muhammad Sarmini and the LJ Hooker Belmore team across multiple transactions, including buying, selling and ongoing management of my properties, and they have been exceptional from start to finish. Muhammad is the kind of agent you want on your side. He is honest, highly knowledgeable about the local market and always prepared with a clear plan, not just generic advice. Communication has been first class. Phone calls are returned, emails are answered promptly and I am always kept informed, whether it is feedback from open homes, offers coming in or updates on my rental properties. On the sales side, Muhammad has consistently delivered strong results, but just as importantly he has done this with transparency and without pressure. He takes the time to explain the strategy, supports it with clear information and then follows through. On the purchasing and property management side he is equally thorough, from negotiations and contracts through to securing quality tenants and keeping the properties running smoothly. I also appreciate that the whole LJ Hooker Belmore team operates with the same professionalism and care. Even when the office is very busy, nothing feels too hard and any issues are dealt with quickly and without fuss. It truly feels like a long term partnership rather than a one off transaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Muhammad and the entire LJ Hooker Belmore office to anyone looking to buy, sell or have their properties professionally managed. They have earned my trust over several successful dealings and I will continue to work with them for future property transactions.

We had a great experience working with Michael from LJ Hooker Belmore for the time we inspected the rental property to the time we moved in, and still up to now 3wks after moving in. He is a great communicator, is responsive to questions and requests and really genuine and approachable. As a couple renting together for the first time, this is really important to us and has made us feel supported and valued as tenants. Big thank you to Michael Bechara from LJ Hooker for being a great agent.
