I’ve been working with Michael over the past year and it’s clear to say that his work ethic is second to none. I’ve recently had my tenants leave my property and they left a complete mess + damages. Michael was right onto this, walking me through everything I needed to sign /authorise. He took care of the rest and he managed to get a new tenant into the property (all damages repaired) within a 3 week period.
