As someone who was proceeding with the purchase of a first home as an owner/occupier, I was a bit cautious before jumping in. Mohammad was very accommodating from the expression of initial interest -> to first inspection -> to purchase -> to settlement. Mohammad was very clear on the process from start to finish and made me feel less nervous when proceeding with the purchase. He even drove all the way to my house north of Hornsby to get the contract signed. He was very accommodating to my questions and needs and was always available to chat on the mobile when needed. When I had to move my pre-settlement inspection at short notice due to the wet weather, he was also very accommodating. Even when I identified a very minor issue at pre-settlement, the owner fixed the issue promptly before occupation. I'm living in the property now and (touch wood) it is going very well. This purchase was made much easier and faster due to Mohammad's flexibility and commitment to get this deal over the line. Great experience for first home buyer.
