Helpful in securing a private viewing as we couldn't attend the scheduled one. We were give options of how to send our application through and patience while we gathered all documentations we needed. I doubt though that Michael tried hard enough to get the rent down a bit; we have an excellent long term rent record and could have still gone for other properties. We are grateful we are at least able to get a long term lease here.🙂👍
