Matt was recommended to me in 2018 by my local agent in Port Stephens NSW. At the time the property was not ready to be sold but Matt was fine with that and provided me with a detailed and professional presentation including valuation at the time. I kept in touch with Matt infrequently over the coming years and he was always welcoming of my calls & content to work with me at the pace we needed to go before the decision to list the property was made. At no stage did I feel pressured to list and it was refreshing to work with an agent that listened and exceeded my expectations. Matt met with me a couple of months ago and gave me the advice I required to prepare the property for market. It was always my hope that he could locate a buyer, without formal listing on website etc and without the need for open house inspections etc. Matt was able to identify a prospective purchaser from his strong database and last month an offer was made and accepted.
