Mat Lucas was an absolute professional throughout the sale process of our property and continually kept us up to date with not only open home feedback but what the market was doing within the area. He worked extremely hard and was able to achieve a price we were more than happy with during a time of uncertainty with interest rates. I highly recommend Mat and LJ Hooker Blacktown

Matt was recommended to me in 2018 by my local agent in Port Stephens NSW. At the time the property was not ready to be sold but Matt was fine with that and provided me with a detailed and professional presentation including valuation at the time. I kept in touch with Matt infrequently over the coming years and he was always welcoming of my calls & content to work with me at the pace we needed to go before the decision to list the property was made. At no stage did I feel pressured to list and it was refreshing to work with an agent that listened and exceeded my expectations. Matt met with me a couple of months ago and gave me the advice I required to prepare the property for market. It was always my hope that he could locate a buyer, without formal listing on website etc and without the need for open house inspections etc. Matt was able to identify a prospective purchaser from his strong database and last month an offer was made and accepted. This process prevented a great deal of stress for me and I have to thank Matt for his understanding & again commend him on his professionalism. I would absolutely recommended Matt to any vendor, his knowledge of the area is second to none & I can't thank him enough for his patience & the brilliant outcome of the sale.

Dealing with Matt was a positive experience from start to finish. Matt demonstrated a strong knowledge of the local market both in terms of properties for sale and profiles of various buyers. On top of this Matt was highly responsive throughout the sales process, ensuring we were always kept up to date on how things were tracking. Finally Matt was very honest in his approach, providing valuable advice on critical components of the sales process and also meticulously reviewing marketing costs associated with the sale when we requested. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone who wants a professional agent that will go above and beyond to get the best price possible.

Matthew Lucas of LJ Hooker in Blacktown was the Agent I purchased this property from many years ago, whom I remembered as Professional and very explanatory about my Purchase. Now was our time to sell and only considering Matthew Lucas as my Agent again to sell my property. On our interview we were more than delighted to sign up with Matthew. He explains everything down to detail, what worked for us and always considered the best outcome for the sale and all options. He always informed us of the outcome for every open house, what would be best for the sale and always kept us updated via calls and emails, which was a relief. I would recommend Matthew Lucas to any person selling or buying a property, you will not be disappointed. We would also like to say a very big thank you for all your hard work, advertisement and your time out of hours you put into caring for the sale of my property, we cannot thank you enough. No time was too much. Thank You Matthew.
