Matt is great to work with. He was there to assist us in both our purchase and sale of our very first home when we bought it in 2011 and when we sold in 2022. Matt and the LJ Hooker team are dedicated and hard working, which meant that even if it was late in the evening, they still ensured that we didn't miss any opportunities for our sale and spoke to buyers who finished work late. The seller's lawyer charged extra money to me when I made a problem of the contract. I embarrassed a lot and complained to Clair about my situation. She explained to me about the bad scenario but she gave me the faith. Clair satisfied herself for me and solved all of issue with seller's lawyer without any extra money.
