The seller's lawyer charged extra money to me when I made a problem of the contract. I embarrassed a lot and complained to Clair about my situation. She explained to me about the bad scenario but she gave me the faith. Clair satisfied herself for me and solved all of issue with seller's lawyer without any extra money. I really thankful from my heart for her. I will buy or sell my property with her again in the future. Thank you Clair^^

Clair was an excellent agent to list my property with. She did everything she said she would do and more - including seeing my property in the time frame she gave me. I was very impressed with her service and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell their investment or house.
