The seller's lawyer charged extra money to me when I made a problem of the contract. I embarrassed a lot and complained to Clair about my situation. She explained to me about the bad scenario but she gave me the faith. Clair satisfied herself for me and solved all of issue with seller's lawyer without any extra money.
