I don’t think I have ever met a Real estate agent that put her heart and soul into a sale. Clair is the most professional and knowledgeable agent I have ever dealt with. Clair treated our sale with the upmost professionalism and at the same time was a easy to contact agent even after hours which we were greatly appreciate of. Clair knows her laws and regulations so your not going to mistrust her at any point and she has set her own reputation at a level that is definitely over and above. She was always there for advice and would clarify any concerns she had and would not just try to make a sale! I believe that she would treat any seller or buyer the same way with the most respect and take into account from my point of view my emotional sale of my family home of 44 years. Never experienced such an experience in any of my previous dealings. Not only the property was sold in less than 24hours when listed but Ms Claire carried out the whole process so much professionally that still I can not believe the transaction is done and the property is completely transferred to new owner even after 3days receiving money in my bank account.
