Bought an investment property with Clair as agent on the deal .. She worked very hard with farsightedness and extreme diligence on the deal. From ironing out issues found in building report to subsequent price renegotiations , she was honest and very straightforward with vendor and me, while protecting interests of both the parties I highly recommend Clair as a property advisor and agent. She has vast experience and knowledge of Blacktown suburbs. It was great working with her and I hope and wish the very best for her !! .

I bought a property from Poyan through a Auction process , he was accesable and honest when ever i had questions regarding recent sales and potention sales , kept me informed regarding the unusual Zoom auction process and although we paid over what was expected that is the market we are in and a obvious good result for his client . Thats why I will be calling him when i am ready to move on the developed property.

Our agent Matthew of LJ Hooker Blacktown is really fantastic and top agent to have whether you are Vendor or Purchaser! His local area knowledge and expertise of the area are none comparable and his professionalism in every aspect of dealing can only be highly commended. Also, his approachable and friendly manner together with his willingness and readiness to help and assist in every aspect of the whole dealing can only be described as the most pleasant and surprising! Without Matthew I do not think we could have had such a smooth and successful sales experience! Mind you, we have bought and sold number of properties in the local area and Matthew can be described only as a "top" and "ace" agent that we came across. Wish we had known Matthew much sooner. Thank you Matthew and LJ Hooker Blacktown! We highly recommend Matthew and LJ Hooker Blacktown as your selling or buying agent. Thank you!

I don’t think I have ever met a Real estate agent that put her heart and soul into a sale. Clair is the most professional and knowledgeable agent I have ever dealt with. Clair treated our sale with the upmost professionalism and at the same time was a easy to contact agent even after hours which we were greatly appreciate of. Clair knows her laws and regulations so your not going to mistrust her at any point and she has set her own reputation at a level that is definitely over and above. She was always there for advice and would clarify any concerns she had and would not just try to make a sale! I believe that she would treat any seller or buyer the same way with the most respect and take into account from my point of view my emotional sale of my family home of 44 years. I highly recommend Clair to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Never experienced such an experience in any of my previous dealings. Not only the property was sold in less than 24hours when listed but Ms Claire carried out the whole process so much professionally that still I can not believe the transaction is done and the property is completely transferred to new owner even after 3days receiving money in my bank account. Never ever had this type of experience in my previous investment property dealings. Thanks a lot to the whole LJ Hooker Blacktown team and very special Thanks to Ms Claire. Ms Claire will be first choice for any future property dealing for me and my whole family. No look further.

From the beginning Matthew was forthcoming with his attitudes towards the property that we intended the purchase and provided some insight into the local market. He is a learned agent who had answered questions that I was yet to ask. This is something that I admire in an agent. I thought it would be difficult to purchase a property in the midst of this pandemic, however, he was very accommodating to the arranging of schedule appointments and ensuring that we minimised our exposure where possible. I must admit it was refreshing to come across somebody as humble, accommodating and knowledgeable as Matthew. If you are looking for somebody to sell your home or to purchase a new home, I would not look further than Matthew, you will not be disappointed.
