From the beginning Matthew was forthcoming with his attitudes towards the property that we intended the purchase and provided some insight into the local market. He is a learned agent who had answered questions that I was yet to ask. This is something that I admire in an agent. I thought it would be difficult to purchase a property in the midst of this pandemic, however, he was very accommodating to the arranging of schedule appointments and ensuring that we minimised our exposure where possible. I must admit it was refreshing to come across somebody as humble, accommodating and knowledgeable as Matthew.
