Poyan was quite helpful in the whole sales process. He was very good with the buyers and made sure he caters to all their needs. He also worked very well with the tenant to organize inspections times both before the contract date and just before settlement. I would highly recommend Poyan' service to all vendors who are considering selling their properties.

My experience with Clair has been spectacular. I interviewed multiple of real estate agents to see who would be the best to sell my family home and as soon as I met Clair I knew she was the one! She was with me and my family every step of the way giving us guidance. She is very knowledgeable and approachable. Clair is very professional and determined, she will be on call and answer each of your questions no matter how late it is or if she's on her day off. If you are looking for a real estate agent she is the best person to go with I recommend her 100%

Clair worked tirelessly and endlessly to assist in the sale of my property for the best possible price in the market for my house. I could not fault her at all for she worked over and beyond what I expected of any real estate agent. I have bought and sold properties before and none compare with Clair. Thank you, Clair for I can now move onto my next journey in life

This is my 2nd time selling with Matt Lucas from L J Hooker. Matt & his assistant Daniel were both very professional, transparent & hardworking backed with their superior knowledge of the local market place. Matt was very easy to deal with from the outset and confident of securing a great outcome quickly. Matt predicted the sale timeframe would likely be very quick due to the strong market conditions. Matt & his team secured the sale within the 1st week of the marketing campaign for a great price. Without hesitation I would highly recommend Matt Lucas & his team to any potential sellers or buyers.
