From the moment we met with Matt we knew he was our guy. His knowledge of the area was superb, he understood our situation and was able to immediately detail a sales plan which he was confident would deliver a sale within a period of 1 week. Matt not only delivered a sale exactly one week from the day it hit the market, he delivered a sale price substantially higher than even he had predicted. There were many dozens of people came through our 2 open days as a result of the efforts of Matt and his team, and in the subsequent "offers" activities, he and his assistant Daniel handled the process efficiently and very professionally. From the time we first met until settlement of the sale Matt's communication was second to none, we always knew exactly what was happening and where everything was up to.
