The most helpful Agent we have met so far in Sydney
It has been a pleasure to purchase our first family home through Matt and his service was just exceptional throughout the entire sales process. Knows the Market.
Matt's long term experience of the local market is evident throughout the entire sales process. His ability to attract new buyers to the open homes each week is without a doubt the reason my property sold on time and at the expected price. Knowing what is available in the area and expected pricing simplifies the selling process and provides a realistic expectation for the vendor. Coupled with professional support staff and his guidance with the peripheral services I have no hesitation in recommending Matt to friends and family for all future sales in the area.

Matt was really helpful through-out the whole process and took his time to make sure I understood everything. Family home sale - Our real estate agent
Matt Lucas was fantastic during the whole process of selling the home. This was particularly important as it was somewhat sad and followed the death of my Mother. I found that it was personally difficult having to sell the family home. So it was great to have an Agent like Matt who looked after the whole process so well. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing and he got a great result for us.

Great agent!
Matt was great to deal with from the start, he obviously knows the market well and was able to advise me on the best options to get my property to sell quickly and for a great price. He had a large database of potential buyers and as a result of his hard work my unit sold after the first open house. We were renovating the place following 8 years of renting it out (through LJ Hooker as well) and Matt went above and beyond to assist me as I was overseas for the last bit of the reno and for the sale itself. Great guy, I'd definitely use him again.

Highly recommended agent
Met Matt when he first assisted my parents at the time they were looking to sell their property, so thought to seek him out when it came time for me to sell. His assistance with the sale of my property was first rate. Matt was attentive to detail and was highly responsive to all my many requirements from start to finish. His knowledge, experience and diligence was very important to certain aspects of the sale, and he kept me fully informed throughout the process (without me ever needing to follow up!). I am very satisfied with the way that Matt helped me, and I give him my highest possible recommendation. He certainly is a credit to his profession and to LJ Hooker Blacktown.
