The house was listed for auction the week before the covid-19 restrictions were put in place. With restricted inspections and no open house, the house was now FOR SALE. Frank and his amazing team did not give up on pushing for a sale. Frank kept me in the loop on all offers and managed to secure a sale price which I was happy with. Not even a pandemic can stop Frank from doing his job well. Unlike other real estate agents, Frank was always contactable or quick to return calls and patient with any concerns I may have had.
