SOLD in the middle of a Pandemic
The house was listed for auction the week before the covid-19 restrictions were put in place. With restricted inspections and no open house, the house was now FOR SALE. Frank and his amazing team did not give up on pushing for a sale. Frank kept me in the loop on all offers and managed to secure a sale price which I was happy with. Not even a pandemic can stop Frank from doing his job well. Unlike other real estate agents, Frank was always contactable or quick to return calls and patient with any concerns I may have had. Frank and his team are a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend L J Hooker Brighton Le Sands.

Great communication and trouble free sale
Considering COVID-19 was hitting Sydney, we were lucky enough to get one open home inspection in before the lock down and that was enough for Frank and his team to find the right buyer. Very happy with the outcome!

Friendly and helpful
