Throughout the whole sales process, Gavin was amazing and thoughtful. He listened to my needs and communicated constantly. He has an easy going approach that makes you feel so comfortable. He is extremely hard working and never gave up. Gavin’s years of experience and knowledge of the area is a credit to him. I could not recommend an agent more highly!!! Gavin, was able to guide us through what was required to put the house on the market to get the best price, in doing so he achieved this within 5 days of the property hitting the market.

I had gone through numerous other local agents, looking for first homes, after simple help and advice with no success. It was turning out to be so stressful and time consuming and very confusing.. I was about to give up. I made one last call to Gavin to see if he could assist. Within 1 week Gavin found me the perfect first home. Not only was it a quick process but he answered all my questions, queries and went up and beyond from start to finish. It was exactly what I wanted and it was such an easy experience in the end thanks to Gavin. Highly recommend Gavin!

We first met Gavin at an open house in Kilmore. After speaking with other agents from different agencies. My wife and I both said the same thing. He seems like a "genuine bloke". We gave our details to him and he "did" get back to us. The others did not. We were sent regular updates and soon found what we were looking for. Given "Covid restrictions at the time, he allowed us to send someone out to video the house for us. . When we decided to buy our new home , Gavin assisted us as much as he possible could an was our intermediatry during the process. A great result thanks to Gavin. Thank you Mr. Hooker.
