Great first experience
Buying our first house with Gavin was easy and stress free. Given the current situation (Covid -19), communication has been professional and prompt. Buying for the first time is always daunting, although you can ask Gavin all the questions you have without any greef (you might think they are silly but you won't know until you ask). Thanks :)

Gavin could provide local advice on real estate. He had a good knowledge of the local market.
Gavin was in regular communication with us during our sale, any time of the day & he was available. He took plenty of time to discuss our options. He gave us immediate feedback after our open days. I believe he did the same with the buyers. We were more than happy with the service from Gavin.

Pleasant & smooth
Gavin is a pleasure to talk to and work with during the sale process & made the whole selling our home pretty easy with very minimal stress. When we had questions to ask he is more than happy to answer. If we have to sell again Gavin will be our first point of call. We highly recommend Gavin as he didnt come across as your typical sales person with all the jargon he is honest & never rattled on just to get your business.
